Refund policy
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer store credit or exchanges if the item is returned within 14 days of the shipment's arrival.
To be eligible for store credit the item must be in its original condition. If the item has been damaged, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to deny the return.
To initiate a return, please email us at abaloneave@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue store credit upon receipt of the returned item.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement.
