Shipping policy
Our processing time for orders is usually 1-3 business days. However, please note that during peak periods such as holidays, processing time may take longer. If for any reason processing time may take longer than expected, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We offer shipping rates based on the weight of the order. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery status of your order.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your package has been confirmed delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If the package is returned due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping.
